Our Media Job Of The Week is an exciting senior level opportunity for Senior Partner in a leading, specialist Media Analytics Consultancy. You will be joining a growing, independent marketing analytics specialist who guide clients through the ever changing marketing and media landscape, helping them to optimise effectiveness and achieve business success.

Working alongside other Senior Partners, you’ll lead with your impressive off and online UK media knowledge, including trading desks and programmatic. Preferably you come from media planning or ideally media buying background (you’ll focus more on implementation rather than strategic planning though!). You have great prospecting skills and would love to work with about 20-30 clients at the time (a great change if you are currently ‘stuck’ in a media agency restricted to servicing c 4 clients). You might come from an investment team of an agency or you might have moved to the client side. Whatever your background, you are HUNGRY to change/develop things and make your mark!

 Senior Partner | Media Analytics Consultancy

Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 + (depending on experience)

As the Senior Partner you will be able to inspire and lead the development of your team and support a culture of continuous learning across the company. You’ll provide specialist media consultancy services for clients to ensure their retention which leads to growth. You’ll lead the team who help the consultancy’s clients understand the media world, its challenges and opportunities to identify the best value return for their investment. The consultancy has reported consistent growth in both domestic and international markets. The culture is relaxed and you’ll work in a modern office in the heart of London. ABOUT YOU | You are passionate about real performance in media, understand the nuances of the transparency debate in the digital age and have experience of trading desks and programmatic. With about 10 years’ experience in the media industry, you are an expert media practitioner who is fully conversant in the technical aspects of all UK channels including digital. Your media experience is likely to have been gained within media agency (either planning, buying or both), a media owner (insight function) or at a digital specialist.  You’ve got fantastic client development and management skills, and clients trust your judgment. At the same time you are an inspirational leader having led, motivated and developed a small team of media specialists in the past. Fundamental to the role is helping clients to understand the media world, its challenges and opportunities in order to identify the best shape for their digital investment whist ensuring that they get the best value return.  Therefore, as a successful Senior Partner, you’ll have an innate understanding of UK media & digital industries and ability to interrogate data and build story that provides a critical analyses of performance. You’ll be a compelling presenter of results and recommendations with talent to produce engaging outputs in forms of reports and presentations. Personality wise, you are ambitious, enthusiastic, professionally motivated with personal gravitas.
