Wow, how fast did this week go? It’s Friday tomorrow and a long-awaited weekend. Hurray! I must say we had a super busy and exciting week here at Research Talent Hub HQ with a large number of new jobs in market research literally flying in! Good news for our lovely market research candidates. THE ROLE & COMPANY | We are looking for quant Associate Director to join a fantastic agency with enviable client list across tech, integrated comms, media, financial and FMCG brands. If you are excited about brand and comms research and eagerly await the next instalment of a major ad campaign then this is a dream market research job for you! You will work with a mixture of methodologies including real time mobile data and digital communities. Interest in Brand, Media, Advertising and Comms sectors will be highly desirable (but we will consider classically trained Quantitative AD’s from other sectors who would love to make a switch to brand, media and comms driven work). The role is ideal if you wish to enhance your current research and people management skills and take your career to the next level. ABOUT YOU | You are ideally agency trained Associate Director looking for a new challenge in a full-service, custom project-driven market research agency. We will consider candidates from either research agency, advertising or media agency or a research-focused role on the client side. You would love to get involved with major blue chip client accounts and are also keen to work on a variety of smaller ad-hoc projects (UK and international studies). Proven project and people management skills are essential. You’ve got fantastic proposal writing skills and can contribute effectively to client pitches / lead pitches for smaller projects. The team love researchers who dare being independent and have an entrepreneurial spirit. You’ll have a chance to shape the team’s success with your creativity, ideas and cast-iron research skills.
